Wouldn't they show the floating words trailers first? And the show the 'real' fly me to the moon and beautiful world trailers closer to the release date? I'm not liking the sound of any of this. Khara couldn't be that cruel, right? When they said 'teaser' last time, did they release the FMTHM and BW ones then?

These are fakes from anonymous vandals...Of course an anime isn't going to have more budget than the latest US productions (plus, Gainax/khara certainly wouldn't have so much money even in their dreams).

About vandals, on the same wiki page there is a korean release date...set for november 2009....with no sources.

Those teasers applied to the entire project ("new character(s), new Eva(s), new this, new that"), not 1.0, so it would be pretty redundant to have more of the same. Though, I wouldn't put it past them to fill up a minute or so with some haphazard potpourri of finished footage, douga, storyboards, text on a black screen, and preliminary dialogue recordings taken hopelessly out of context. Preferably set to loud classical music.
Actually, now I'm hoping they'll do something like that, though we'll probably just get a standard clip show.

Some of the titles include "Third Angel", "False God", "Woman's Intuition", "Door", "Doll", and "Third Impact". Mari has a three-part name like Asuka (two surnames), but all but "Mari" is blanked out at this time. Bookended by quotes from Asuka and Shinji/Mari.
I'd tackle the whole thing right now if I didn't have to go out today.

Figured it would only be a matter of time until the whole "Where is the 3rd Angel" is brought up. Though "Woman's Intuition" brings up memories of Sahaquiel (the giant bomb Angel).

Well Sachiel is the 4th Angel in the first movie and I think they might give us a new Angel that we never seen before. I post on IMDB about the trailer and no one mention anything about a Trailer that came with Dragon Ball. Maybe their was no trailer after all?

@Guyver: The trailer is going to be released on 3/14. It isn't 3/14 in Japan yet.
@Lucretius: Mari's name is written ＊＊＊・マリ・＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ . That is, all but her given name is "censored out", but we can see that "Mari" is sandwiched between two other names, similarly to Asuka's case. So Mari probably has a mutt ancestry, confirming one of the many, many hypotheses that were systematically vomited up for her.
@stefmeister: Whoa, I didn't notice that. Messed-up. Asuka has the rank of "Captain" (大尉) now, too. :wut:

Oh no, they changed one of a single character's three names! Think of the poor second children!
EDIT: Mari's full name is probably censored because it's too obscene to print. I bet they'll bleep it out in the actual film, too.
EDIT AGAIN: Actually, this seems like a pretty important change. Just... take... a look... at
this! SHIKINAMI IS AN AYANAMI-TYPE DESTROYER! It is the second Ayanami-type destroyer, the first of which was named Ayanami. This seems pretty significant.
